We have all the latest tools in wing inspection to do a thorough inspection of your glider. On average the manufacturer recommends a complete inspection every 100 hours or 2 years.

This includes porosity testing, fabric strength testing, line strength testing, visual inspection and a trim check.

As a wing is flown and builds hours the lines shrink at different rates depending on their individual loading.

In general the rear lines shrink more due to less loading, this causes a older wing to fly slower, having harder launches and a faster stall speed.

With our state-of-the-art Laser Trim Tuning System we are able to accurately measure each line down to 1mm and make the necessary adjustments to bring the wing back to its original profile like it was design to fly at.
